And If you’re like me then you grew up hearing these from your mom or grandma whenever you wore something they did not like. So you should thought your outfit was fine but one of the rules probably made you rethink it because its better to your self. Many of you may still believe one or two of them so because you have heard them in so many times.
If you believe it or not the most of those fashion rules are completely outdated and false actually. You know this?
And as someone who loves fashion but they does not believe in old fashioned rules,and I say it’s time to put some of these style myths to rest once and for all mainly. And now it’s the 21st century and also grandma’s fashion rules just don’t apply anymore on you.
And yo better to never wear white after labor day.
So this fashion rule is probably the most pervasive of all them. And everyone’s heard it is surprisingly the lots of people still believe it’s true actually.

Now you can absolutely wear white after labor day and White clothing and coats and also bags and even shoes are 100% allowed during the winter months, Don’t let anyone tell you differently. So unless you have an extremely conservative workplace, then you should embrace the idea of wearing a winter white.And It’s a fresh, fun break from the dark shades we usually wear in winter mainly.

You d id probably to have only one or two combos you could make and even then, it is probably would not all match perfectly to yours. And there are so many shades of each color actually.
And really and it is all way too much of a hassle and forget about matching and start thinking about what goes together and what goes with your outfit actually.

And now this rule is one of the most pervasive old fashion rules out there and also it’s just not true at all actually.
So here’s the deal for all that black and brown and navy are all neutrals. Also this means that you can wear them with pretty much anything also including each other mainly.
And I love the look of a navy blue dress with black shoes and or a black dress with light brown or nude shoes actually. And anything goes with these colors and you should feel free to mix that however you want for your style.
And the idea of not wearing brown and black together seems so dated and also the other day I wore a black T shirt and black Nobody jeans and a brown leopard-print belt it looked awesome. And I also love to mix prints actually.
And for another example of a celebrity breaking this rule and outfit looks adorable and fashion forward and proving that this rule is really just a dumb myth mainly.
Never wear red if you’re a redhead
Now this one might have some basis in reality. And it only applies to a few people in certain situations actually.
And It is true that some redheads don’t look their best in some shades of red in their dressing, but it’s completely false that they can’t wear red at all so if you have red hair then you need to be extra careful to choose reds that work with your natural coloring on your dressing. Because the wrong shade can look too intense, and also can clash with your skin mainly.
You can’t wear suede or leather in summer
And the one more important thing is that I don’t know about you, but I would be lost without my leather bag in the summer for you. And the most of the world’s best shoes and purses are made out of leather so it really makes no sense that we would not be able to wear them year round actually. Also, leather jackets are such a hot trend of you.
And if you are really worried about this one and you just pick lighter weight fabrics and go with lighter colors of suede & leather for the summer months actually.So then switch back to your regular stuff for winter actually.
But really that the next time someone tries to convince you this rule is true and just laugh and ask if you can borrow their most expensive designer bag for summer so since they won’t be using it.

But don’t be afraid to layer gold and silver and bronze bangles together to wear silver flats when you have gold earrings on. It’s totally up to you and not wrong at all for you.
Of course but some people have a preference for one type of jewelry over the other and for example that gold does not look good on some bodies cool toned pale skin, so they should only wear silver and white and gold jewelry.
And you better to never wear tights with open toed shoes of you.
So now that tights and peep toe shoes are both in style and women everywhere are happily ignoring this rule actually.
