To be simple , to appreciate what has been given to us ,and to take care of our body, is an act of humility. By doing yoga in proper way
( and i stress on 'proper' ), we  should be able to maintain its purity untill the end.

Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west, following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980 's, yoga became popular a  system of exercise across the Western world. This form of yoga is often called Hatha yoga.

described humans as existing of three bodies and which cove five sheets are the atman, and energy flowing through energy channels.

Many studies have tried to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, and heart disease.

When some difficulty arises we can always find a different movement ,since the body is surprisingly able to adjust it self. It has its own intelligence and is willing to cooperate in finding a solution to any problem. One has only to approach problems with patience , care and attention. Sometimes doing yoga , we become over ambitious in trying to achieve a pose, let go of alignment of the body ,and this can lead to high risk of injury.

As Krishnamurthi used to say , "You have to become your own teacher and your own disciple"
People have all kinds of misconceptions about yoga . One must not think that the exercises are going to give one a higher perspective in a mystical or spiritual direction. They are simply refreshing the body, like a shower cleansing us from the dirt accumulated during the day.

The moments are healthy and we receive physical advantages from them. Yoga has nothing to do with acrobatics or spectacular exhibitionism even though some poses look rather like it. Students are some times inclined to force the flexibility of there bodies to the maximum, but this leads to only in juring oneself.

Our stressful life and busy schedule has left us with almost no time. While we are often giving our jobs and social life priority over health,it is equally important to incorporate the later in our life.

Yoga can be incorporated in your daily regime. When you are waking up in bed, brushing your teeth, standing in the shower, sitting in the bath or toilet seat, there are stretches that one can do. Sitting in the car, driving to work and sitting on the worst invention made in mankind, the chair, you can be still creative and open up your body.

A few Yoga asana's  one can adopt while on the go and their benefits.
