Many people are behaving about there children is too crucial in some times. But actually In most of the  cases asking a parent to do the right thing or following the state laws results in loss of income and reputation and even bad credit also.

So here we would like to give the ways of childcare providers and lose their jobs due to a parent’s bad behavior actually.

We all know that the many parents see childcare providers as stay at home moms and who watch kids for fun money but they don’t really need the income actually. As a result they frequently feel justified in paying their bill late or in small chunks mainly due the parents behavior it self. And this causes the provider to have to pay her bills late and also damaging her credit mainly.


And when the provider is begins to stand up for herself and also demand payment and the parent then begins to come up with unrelated complaints to  that have never come up before in an effort to distract the provider from the issue of  the payment many times.


And you know this? when that does not work and the complaints become the reason used to justify terminating childcare and also refusing to pay money owed for care and already given and for not adhering to notice agreed to in the contract actually. Thus the provider is wrongfully terminated simply for wanting her paycheck on time and in full and also they something every other employee in the world takes for granted many of the cases. But  this is because the provider is self employed and wage and labor laws offer no protection first of all. So the provider’s only recourse is to spend more money and to sue in the hopes of recovering some of the owed money actually.
And  when a provider has to exclude a child from care for the illness and  parents will often offer every explanation they can think of why their child is fine to stay in daycare actually. But they will blame fever on teething and cough and runny nose on allergies and also the throwing up must come from playing too hard.  And eating too quickly also. So they ignore any symptoms that their child is ill, and such as glassy eyes.
And even when the provider says no to keeping a sick child and the parent is then becomes angry and blames daycare for the child of being ill in the first place actually. So off to another provider they go, the tale they tell is of a former to provider who let their child get sick all the time and how they missed so much work actually because they felt their child needed them mainly. The former provider gets the ax for trying to keep a group of children safe from the harm.

And the Parents who are workaholics have a habit of getting so absorbed in work they forget that in order to get off work on time. And their childcare provider needs them to show up and get their child actually.Also they blamed the children so they don’t consider the fact that even though they are happy working late and their  provider is not. But the hey just assume that their provider is always home and has no life actually.
And when the parents has show up late for the umpteenth time, and they meet a frustrated provider at the door also with a bill for $1 a minute in hand,and instead of an apology, they then have the nerve to pretend that they have never been late and also it is all in the provider’s to head.So they begin looking around for a provider who assures them she can work as late as they need her to, and then the provider who made them accountable gets a two week notice.
The most common one is, there is an unrealistic expectation that is a child will always that want to go to daycare and if they don’t it is because there is something going on there actually. If you never mind that a child might want to stay home with their own toys and beloved pet, do you know this? Or that they might not want to spend 12 hours getting along with five other kids any more than mom wants to spend eight hours dealing with co workers actually. And the longer the daycare day is the more often to a child will fuss at drop off, so because they are smart enough to know they will stay there for what seems like an eternity actually.

And the Next common thing you know, here is comes the termination letter explaining how their child just is not to happy going to her house also they feel he needs a change in providers in order to feel happy actually. If not once do these adults consider the problem might be the long days and early mornings is better. and without any evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever, she finds herself fired.

The most of the Parents frequently see themselves as a provider’s employer, and when in reality they are a client paying for a service actually. So as a result of this misconception, if they often try to tell a provider how to do their job actually.
May be when the provider if refuses to change their policies and procedures, then the parent goes looking for a young provider with little experience also who will conform to their demands actually. Actually the provider who refuses the parental micromanagement in her own home gets fired for not acting enough like a subordinate actually.
