India, is a land of spices. Especially Southern India's cuisine  uses a variety of spices. When it comes to knowing the miraculous therapeutic nature of these spices, we would be stunned to know how these regular spices, keeps major diseases at bay.

According to a new study by the Monash, Asia Institute at Monash University in Australia, sprinkling just one gram of turmeric on your breakfast could improve memory for those at risk cognitive impairment.

Turmeric's, primary active ingredient in curcumin. It has the power not only to heal both the behavioral and psychological symptoms associated with dementia, but also helping full recovery of the disease in as little as just a few months.

Another similar study of three Alzheimer's patients in Japan revealed that the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia- Sever exhibiting irritability,agitation,anxiety and apathy-improved with turmeric powder capsules for over one year.


So while the conventional disease industry continues to vast billions of dollars searching for a pharmaceutical- based silver bullet " cure " for dementia, a simple, inexpensive  cooking spice made from a plant is already getting the job done.

Taking as little as one gram, or roughly one - quarter off a tee spoon, of turmeric powder or extract daily, it turns out, is enough to produce mind- blowing improvements in dementia symptoms.


Earlier research published in the general annals of India academy of neurology backing 2008 corroborates this fact, that the turmeric's natural antioxidant, anti- inflammatory and detoxifying mechanisms help improve memory in patients with dementia.

Simply consuming more of this flavorful spice as part of one's in a normal diet in other words, has the potential to completely transform brain health and alleviate event the worst dementia symptoms.

Recent studies have proved that people tend to forget the details of turmeric event but they maintain the emotional reaction.

Human brain is still of the unsolved mysteries. And with each new research we just learn a little bit more. This time, it's about memories.
