Actually for healthy hair and skin we need some calorie food because through nutrition only the foods that you eat have a big impact on your hair mainly. And there are certain foods that can help you to have stronger and longer hair. 

And If you are trying to help your hair become healthier or may be grow faster, then you should fallow these are some foods you should consider adding into your diet regularly. And not only are these foods good for your hair but they’re healthy food choices that are good for your overall health also.

Salmon

Actually Salmon is one of the foods that can help you to have stronger and longer hair with in short period of time.And  
you can thank the omega 3 fatty acids for that actually. And they are amazing and good for your hair and your heart, too.


Salmon has a stronger taste than some other types of fish and can be a bit hard to get used to for instead of this actually. And you should try to adding a sprinkle of celery salt and some cheddar cheese on top before you bake it to balance it out actually.

Spinach

Spinach  is vitamin A rich food and Spinach is packed full of good stuff and also It has iron and vitamins A and C in it. And Vitamin A is great for helping your hair to become stronger and to grow faster actually.


And you can eat spinach in many ways so it is n’t hard to add to your diet its very simple to use in regular diet at least once in a day. And you can use it as a base for your salad or add it into lasagna or your morning smoothie also.An my favorite smoothie is one I make with spinach, yogurt and blueberries most of the time,its very healthy.

And now Nuts are a super food when it comes to helping with hair growth mainly.And They have magnesium and calcium and also healthy fats and the real superpower for your hair and biotin.

And mainly the Almonds and walnuts are especially good when it comes to helping you have stronger and longer hair. So that's why many hair care products are using the almond oils in their products it self actually. And also you can enjoy nuts as a topping for your oatmeal or on a sundae. And they’re also great as a snack by themselves mainly.


Sweet potatoes 

Sweet potatoes are another food that’s good for your healthy hair. 
and they’re a great source of vitamin A. And there are other ways to enjoy sweet potatoes besides the way they Are served up at Thanksgiving, too. And  Enjoy them baked with brown sugar and cinnamon.


And Sweet potatoes are also great served in the form of fries, too, also It’s a nice change to traditional fries actually.

Eggs are a great food for your hair, because egg has all kind kind of vitamins it self. so they’re a good source of both protein and biotin also. And while you can take biotin supplements and it is n’t the same as getting it from a natural source actually.

And now the berries are healthy for your hair and that’s especially true for blueberries because which has c vitamin it self and they’re packed with great things to help your hair become long and strong hair. So berries are yummy any way you eat them and they’re great plain or added into pancakes and muffins or desserts actually.
